Drinks are not included. This keeps pricing fair and removes the pressure to drink excessively “to get value.” Order what you want at each venue and enjoy the day responsibly.

We want you to have fun, but this is not an opportunity to get drunk at 2,000 feet. We operate under CASA rules and a strict boarding-sober policy. If someone is intoxicated, we won’t fly. The goal is a premium day you remember.

We typically allow about 45 minutes per stop, with a longer lunch stop (~1.5 hours). The day is private and flexible, so we can tailor pacing within operational constraints.

The most efficient way to book is online. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Stripe. Please note that we only place a temporary hold on your funds initially. We do not capture the payment until we have personally confirmed your preferred departure time and sent your final itinerary. If your preferred time slot is unavailable, we will offer immediate alternatives. If those do not suit, we release the hold on your funds instantly. We offer the industry’s most flexible policy. If the weather is unsafe, you are entitled to a full refund or a reschedule. If the weather is safe but marginal (e.g. rain affecting the view), we give you the choice to fly or move the date. We simply ask for 24 hours notice for customer-initiated changes.

Never. Every booking with Bekaa Air is 100% private. Whether you book for two or four, the helicopter is exclusively yours. There are no strangers, just you and the view.

We are proud to be the only company equipped with an aviation-approved booster seat to accommodate our younger guests! To ensure safety, proper neck support, and headset fit, our minimum age is 12 months, with no height restrictions. For weight distribution, individual passengers over 130kg must contact us prior to booking. Additionally, for bookings of up to 3 passengers flying in our R44 helicopter, the maximum combined weight limit is approximately 250–275kg. Manifests exceeding this combined weight may be required to upgrade to our larger Airbus H125 (which involves pricing for a minimum of 4 seats) to safely proceed with the flight.

We fly 7 days a week. Most flights depart between 8:30am and 5:30pm. Sunset flights shift with the seasons to ensure we capture the best light for your experience.

Small handheld bags and cameras are welcome. For larger luggage, please contact us in advance so we can ensure payload limits are met.

Our flights depart from our private facility at Archerfield Airport, Brisbane. We have a private parking area located directly next to the hangar. Your confirmation email includes a map and specific meeting instructions. If you have any trouble finding us on the day, you can call your pilot directly for guidance. (Note: Custom pickups from private properties can be arranged subject to a landing safety assessment).

We fly modern, air-conditioned aircraft maintained to the highest commercial standards. Our fleet features floor-to-ceiling glass for panoramic views, ensuring there are no pillars blocking your sight. We take great pride in presenting an immaculate aircraft for every flight.

We recommend smart casual attire. For safety reasons, please wear closed-toe shoes and avoid flip-flops or loose sandals. We also suggest securing any loose items like wide-brimmed hats. Sunglasses are highly recommended for the glare.

Yes, we can issue a digital gift voucher at no extra cost. All vouchers are valid for 3 years, giving the recipient plenty of time to choose their perfect date. We can email the voucher to you immediately after purchase.

Yes. You will be equipped with professional Bose noise-cancelling headsets. These allow for crystal clear conversation between passengers and the pilot throughout the journey.

Our aircraft fly incredibly smoothly, so motion sickness is very rare. If you are sensitive to motion, please let your pilot know beforehand. We can adjust our flight path and flying style to ensure the most comfortable ride possible.

We can mount a high-definition camera in the cabin to capture the scenery or face it towards you to capture reactions. This is a popular addition for proposals. You will receive the raw footage on an SD card immediately after landing.

Please call us immediately. We operate a tight schedule but we will do our best to accommodate. Significant delays may result in reduced flight time to ensure subsequent passengers are not inconvenienced.

We always try to accommodate short-notice requests, though weekends are often fully booked in advance. Please be aware that we do not accept walk-ins. Every flight is prepared specifically for you, and we do not have reception staff on standby as your pilot is likely already in the air.
