At Bekaa Air, we’ve set our sights high to ensure our cancellation policy is as customer-friendly as possible. Clear, straightforward, and flexible – we’re committed to offering a policy that stands out for all the right reasons.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Full Refund Window: Need to cancel? No problem. We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled flight time.
  • Rescheduling: Plans change, and so can your flight. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours before your flight, and we’ll take care of it without any additional cost.
  • Weather Conditions: Your safety is our priority. If on the day of your flight, we judge the weather conditions unsafe for flying, you’ll have the option to reschedule your flight to another day or receive a full 100% refund.
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your flight or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled departure, refunds will not be provided.

 

Booking and Payment

  • Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon the successful completion of payment.
  • Accepted Payments: We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and cash.
  • Insurance: As per industry standards, Bekaa Air is fully insured, including passenger liability coverage, to offer you peace of mind.

 

Travel Details

  • Passenger Information: For operational integrity and in compliance with CASA regulations, we require the full names, accurate weights, and baggage details of all passengers prior to flight.
  • Infants and Children: Children are welcome on board. Infants under 3 are not allowed
  • Baggage Policy: Bring what you need! Light handbags and small backpacks are allowed. For anything larger, just get in touch in advance. Especially for fly and stay tours where luggage space may be limited

 

Special Circumstances

  • Right to Refuse: For the safety and comfort of all, we reserve the right to refuse boarding to any person displaying behavior that could compromise the safety or comfort of others.
  • Gift Vouchers: Got a gift voucher? Great! Make sure to redeem it and book your flight before it expires – they’re valid for 3 years.
