Yes. There is no formal minimum age, although we generally recommend waiting until a child is at least 12 months old. Restraint requirements vary with age and aircraft approval, and every child over three needs a separate seat. Bekaa Air can provide Brisbane’s only fully aviation-approved helicopter child booster seat when suitable. Headsets are supplied.

No. Pets are not carried because the helicopter cabin configuration and operating requirements are not suitable. The policy protects the flight, cabin environment and aircraft interior.

That depends on passengers, luggage, landing site and route. The R44 is an efficient piston option; turbine aircraft such as the Bell LongRanger and H125 provide more power and capability for payload, longer sectors and suitable off-field work. We recommend the aircraft that balances comfort and operational needs.

Hinterland resorts, estates, wineries and event venues may be suitable when landing permission is available and the surface, obstacles and approach paths meet operational requirements.

Doors-off configuration is available primarily for professional aerial photography and filming, generally using the R44 or H125. It must be requested before departure so the aircraft and equipment can be prepared correctly.

No. Our single-engine charter flights operate under CASA Day VFR and must land at least 10 minutes before absolute sunset. The itinerary is planned to remain safely within daylight.

If Bekaa Air cancels because of weather or safety, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. A customer cancellation generally requires at least 24 hours’ notice for a refund; inside that period, the booking fee may be forfeited.

Often, yes. The aircraft can sometimes wait on site, or depart and return later when access, crew duty, daylight and availability make that more practical. Provide your ideal return time so both options can be priced.

Low cloud, heavy rain, strong wind and poor visibility can make a helicopter flight unsuitable. The pilot may delay, reroute or reschedule the charter, and retains the final safety decision. When Bekaa Air cannot operate, refund or rebooking options are explained clearly.

There is no single blanket minimum for every journey. Any relevant minimum depends on the aircraft and the positioning needed to operate the route, and will be shown in the written proposal before you decide to proceed.
