Amazing!!! The best experience! I love so much Flying and I wanted to have a big and rich day to surprise my husband. Before making any decisions, because I was confused, I wrote in the chat of the Bekaa Air website to ask for more details and some advice and I spoke with John, who was too kind and honest in his explanations. So, I decided to have the Kooroomba vineyard and the lavender farm tour. On the day of the meeting we met Nico who would be our pilot. The service was of a high standard. Everything was so perfect! We also had the scenic flight which was the perfect touch! Nico's comments during the flight were very nice! Kooromba Vineyard and Lavender Farm is truly the perfect place to celebrate a special moment! very exclusive, divine wines, delicious food! the day was wonderful! Of course we will enjoy another experiences with Bekaa air! Thank you very much Niko and John

We had to cancel our honeymoon overseas because of the pandemic. Stuck in Australia we decided to book a tour with Bekaa Air. From start to finish the experience was amazing. It made for the best day in our lives. Everything was meticulously organised and Niko made us feel welcome and instantly at ease. Upon arrival at Kooroomba we were greeted with two glasses of sparkling wine and the picnic among the lavender fields was delicious. Later I was told by one of the managers there that he organised a seperate company to stylise the setting to make it even more special. What we instantly noticed is how his warmth extended to the staff at the restaurant as they exchanged hugs and laughs. The flight back via the Gold Coast was incredible as we flew along surfers paradise and South Straddie. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you - Maddy & James

Absolutely amazing and worth every cent for this special occasion! Niko went above and beyond in itinerary planning to accommodate special request!! (which we learned later gave us extra flying time!!!). But the full service was spectacular. Naomi our pilot was THE BEST! Absolutely fabulous company to spend the day with, extremely informative and helpful, kind and great to laugh and relax with! Thankyou SO much Naomi for a wonderful, wonderful day! Absolutely First Class from start to finish! From the moment we contacted Bekaa when planning out special trip from the UK, Naiomi was responsive and professional. Come the day of our flight we had a courtesy text message from Naiomi and a truly personal service. What you aren't getting here is an overly commercial, conveyer belt of passengers and flights. What you are getting is a personal and friendly service. From the moment we met Naomi at the air field we felt welcome and not rushed. Loads of time for photos and questions. The custom glass doors of the chopper make the visibility from any seat, second to none! We flew as a family of 4 with 2 young-ish children but Naomi's fun and friendly approach made sure we were all relaxed and really enjoyed our flight. I'd personally recommend Bekaa to friends and family travelling to Brisbane and looking for a special helicopter sight seeing experience.

Great trip & the pilot was very experienced and knowledgeable. Well worth doing if you have limited time to spend in Brisbane.

The pilot was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and it was so interesting to see what goes on and how many things need to be cleared before takeoff. He explained what he would do before doing it to make sure we were okay with it. The view was absolutely amazing and unbelievable. The time did go a little bit quick and wish we could’ve been up there longer.

It was a delightful experience and a very comfortable helicopter ride. Our pilot Niko was very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas over which we were flying. I could not recommend this experience more highly!
