Our pilot, Naomi, was wonderful, down-to-earth and knowledgeable about the area and answered our (probably silly) questions about the running of a helicopter. We would love the opportunity to do this again when we return to Brisbane in the future.

Had a phenomenal experience with Bekaa Air for a dual 70th birthday present in an R44. The day after booking the 25min scenic flight for two, Naomi called me to discuss the flight, proper pronunciation of names, special requests and anything else that could be done to make the flight more enjoyable. Lo and behold, Naomi would also be the pilot! We also received a personal email confirming all details (not auto-generated), and an SMS on the morning confirming satisfactory flying weather and confirming times and meeting point. What can I say? We had a passionate pilot that set the best standard of "customer service" I've ever experienced, and everything on the day was centred around a truly memorable experience - even allowing our little girl to sit on the front left hand seat for a photo! Well worth the money and I would highly recommend. The helicopter pad is close to Brisbane, only a 20-30 minute Uber ride. The pilots were super friendly and guided the ride, pointing out major landmarks around Brisbane. My husband and I had our own private tour and enjoyed the whole experience.

Declan was our pilot and he was absolutely fabulous! Ran us through everything the little helicopter is amazing and comfortable! The views were spectacular I highly recommend this on your holiday it is a must do!
