Are Bekaa Air helicopter flights private or shared?

All Bekaa Air flights are 100% private. We do not mix groups. Whether you book for two or four, the helicopter is exclusively yours to ensure privacy and uninterrupted views.

What is the cancellation policy for helicopter tours?

If weather is unsafe, you receive a full refund or a reschedule. For customer-initiated changes, we require 24 hours notice.

Is there a weight limit or age restriction for helicopter passengers?

Our minimum age is 3 years. There are no height restrictions. For weight, individual passengers over 130kg must contact us prior to booking so we can allocate the correct aircraft (like the Airbus H125) for safe weight distribution.

How do I book? Do you take payment immediately?

The most efficient way to book is online. We place a temporary hold on your funds but do not capture the payment until we have personally confirmed your departure time. If we cannot accommodate your time, the hold is released immediately.

Where does Bekaa Air depart from and is there parking?

We depart from our private facility at Archerfield Airport, Brisbane (629 Lores Bonney Dr). We offer free private parking directly next to the hangar. Custom pickups from private properties are also possible subject to safety assessment.

Can I book a helicopter flight for a marriage proposal?

Yes, we specialize in helicopter proposals. We help coordinate the timing, flight path, and signaling to ensure the moment is perfect. We can also mount GoPro cameras to capture the reaction.

What should I wear on a helicopter ride?

We recommend smart casual attire. For safety reasons, you must wear closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops). Sunglasses are highly recommended to reduce glare.

Do you offer helicopter gift vouchers?

Yes, we issue digital gift vouchers at no extra cost. All Bekaa Air gift vouchers are valid for 3 years.

Our fleet includes the Robinson R44 (with FullView glass doors), the turbine-powered Airbus H125/AS350 (air-conditioned), and the Bell LongRanger.

Can I walk in for a flight today?

No, we do not accept walk-ins. Every flight is prepared specifically for you. Please book online or call us in advance.

Will I get motion sickness in a helicopter?

Motion sickness is very rare as helicopters fly smoothly. If you are sensitive, tell your pilot beforehand so we can adjust the flight for maximum comfort.

Can we talk to each other during the flight?

Yes. All passengers are equipped with professional noise-cancelling headsets, allowing clear conversation with each other and the pilot throughout the journey.
