We offer the industry’s most flexible policy. If the weather is unsafe, you are entitled to a full refund or a reschedule. If the weather is safe but marginal (e.g. rain affecting the view), we give you the choice to fly or move the date. We simply ask for 24 hours notice for customer-initiated changes.

Our aircraft fly incredibly smoothly, so motion sickness is very rare. If you are sensitive to motion, please let your pilot know beforehand. We can adjust our flight path and flying style to ensure the most comfortable ride possible.

We can mount a high-definition camera in the cabin to capture the scenery or face it towards you to capture reactions. This is a popular addition for proposals. You will receive the raw footage on an SD card immediately after landing.

We always try to accommodate short-notice requests, though weekends are often fully booked in advance. Please be aware that we do not accept walk-ins. Every flight is prepared specifically for you, and we do not have reception staff on standby as your pilot is likely already in the air.
