The best way to purchase your flight is online. We have designed the checkout process to be extremely easy. All major credit cards are accepted, including Apple Pay and one click transactions via StripePay. We utilise an Auth&Capture system for all transactions. In simple terms a hold is placed on the funds. Then we schedule your flight, submit passenger manifests and flight plans. We finally send you a full confirmation with all the details and only then, manually capture the transaction. Whilst we do everything possible to make sure we schedule you for your preferred departure time, sometimes it may not be available. We will offer alternatives and if those don’t suit, we immediately take the hold off your funds. To purchase, scroll a little lower. Our systems are designed to accommodate purchases at short notice – however it’s not uncommon for us to be booked out (especially on weekends). We always recommend booking your flight in advance. Everything is done meticulously by hand – we prepare our helicopters for each individual flight and we do not employ any receptionist staff – all tickets must be purchased in advance and we can not accept any walk-ins

We have two mounting positions for the go-pro. The first is positioned at the very back and top of the cabin. This mount encapsulates 160′ viewing angle of your flight. The second position is at the front, mounted to face towards you, perfect for proposals and capturing reactions of your loved one. You will receive the footage straight after the flight via the SD card

Our gift vouchers are processed by hand and can be purchased at no extra cost. Don’t want to book a date? All vouchers are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed any time within the period. If you have purchased your flight through a 3rd party, we will contact you at the email or phone number you provided to coordinate on a specific departure time. If you booked less than 24 hours before your selected departure time, we will be in touch as soon as possible but we do invite you to please contact us if you have any questions

It’s surprisingly straight forward. The helicopter is yours – you are not relying on anyone else to turn up, thus no chance of a cancellation due to a no-show. We advise to arrive 5-10min before your departure time. Your pilot will greet you at the lounge, and escort you to the airside area at your confirmed Gold Coast departure point. There we will have plenty of time to show you around your beautiful helicopter. Once the safety brief is complete, it’s time for the photos. Your pilot will guide you into the helicopter, make sure everyone is seated comfortably and start the aircraft. The run-up checks usually take only a couple minutes (sometimes a little longer if it’s cold or Air Traffic Control is busy). We take off and fly to your destination. If you selected a scenic flight this can be arranged on the way there or on the way back. All of our packages have 2hrs complimentary at the destination, which can be extended during your purchase. Finally we board for the flight back and walk with you back to where the experience had begun

Some helicopters are looked after; others are cared for – ours are loved. We baby them. They reflect us, and what we do. We are the only company in Brisbane to have helicopters equipped with full PANOrama doors – 180′ top to bottom glass windows with unparalleled views. Air-conditioning is standard across our fleet – whilst majority of other helicopters are not. Our helicopters have individual engineers who are the only ones who are allowed to work on them. They are frequently tracked and balanced to provide the smoothest ride. They come with best Bose headset systems on the market and the latest safety equipment – ACAS, Synthetic Vision, Terrain, SAFEtaxi and integrated weather overlay the brightest safety lights available

Our helicopter tours usually run between the hours 8:30 – 17:30. During the winter a little earlier and summer a little later (due to longer/shorter days)

We are proud to be the only company equipped with an aviation-approved booster seat to accommodate our younger guests! To ensure safety, proper neck support, and headset fit, our minimum age is 12 months, with no height restrictions. For weight distribution, individual passengers over 130kg must contact us prior to booking. Additionally, for bookings of up to 3 passengers flying in our R44 helicopter, the maximum combined weight limit is approximately 250–275kg. Manifests exceeding this combined weight may be required to upgrade to our larger Airbus H125 (which involves pricing for a minimum of 4 seats) to safely proceed with the flight.

Perhaps a low bar to clear. Anyone who had a flight cancelled for any reason would have gone through the painful process of trying to get a refund. We did everything possible to make our cancellation policy one of the best. We are certain that you won’t find anywhere that offers a policy as transparent and flexible as ours

If you would like to reschedule your flight we ask that you do so with a 24 hour notice. Within this window our full refund policy applies

On the day if we deem the conditions to no longer be safe to fly, Bekaa Air customers can either reschedule to any other day or receive a 100% refund. If the weather is marginal (aka safe to fly but affects the experience, eg when it’s raining) we can offer full refund or to reschedule your flight to an other day

We do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations inside the 24 hour period

We have a flawless safety record – with nil accidents. A lot of scenic flights are conducted by recently graduated students. Not here. We invest in exceptional pilots, they are our brand ambassadors and your guides. If you would like a custom pickup we can do this too;  but restrictions apply. We need a written landing approval from the land-owner and an assessment by us to make sure that the area meets our safety requirements

Yes. Unlike a commercial flight, your phones do not need to be switched off or turned to airplane mode. You can take as many photos and video as you like, or when purchasing your in-flight footage, you will receive the SD card at the end. 160° in-flight video captures your experience leaving you to enjoy the flight

This is what makes our approach unique. All of our tours, including the scenic flights – are private. This means that when you book your flight for two people, we will not sell the remaining seat to anyone else. Whilst this inadvertently means we sell fewer flights, the intimate nature of our tours is a signature touch of everything that we do

Yes. All of our aircraft are equipped with the best Noise cancelling headsets by Bose. They are crystal clear and cancel out a significant portion of the outside noise. Your pilot will also provide commentary and let you talk between each other
