How booking works
Why we confirm by hand
Every booking is handled personally by one of our pilots, not a booking engine or call centre. They plan your flight around your passengers, weights and the aircraft, and can shift days or bring in extra aircraft to fit you in. Your card is only held until your time is confirmed.
